It's a job or career that gives you a rush, that elevates your heart-rate, that makes you want to jump out of bed in the morning so you can get back at it. It's career exhilaration.

Sadly, most people labor at jobs and careers that were never their first choice in life, jobs they find repetitive, stressful, boring, and that leave them exhausted and miserable at the end of the workday.
